SFHS Nature field trips

(Hoenie has just added a new baby boy, Harmony, to his family in January, 2008. For the meantime, he has been very busy adjusting to taking care of his two children. He expects to restart the nature field trips with SF Homeschoolers in spring  of 2009.)

Once or twice a month, on Thursday, we meet at a different natural area to observe and experience nature. Announcement of a new field trip is usually posted one week before the field trip day.

For the time being, Hoenie Luk (Rhythm's father) has been leading plant walks in these occasions. Conceivably, other types of field trips such as bird watching, tide pooling, amphibian hunts and insect collecting may be offered in the future. Any nature experts out there?
